This Fan Content Policy ("Policy") outlines the permitted use of iGut Instinct™ copyrighted works.

Rules

Fan Content Purposes Only.
Your use of iGut Instinct™ Assets must be strictly limited to showcasing, identifying, or discussing the respective products as allowed under this Policy. You may not create derivative works even if distributed for free. Permitted Fan Content includes non-commercial fan guides, apps, meetups, fan pages, and gameplay videos compliant with this Policy.

Non-Commercial Use.
You may not charge fees (including in-app purchases) for access to Fan Content unless expressly approved by The Game Licensor. Exceptions include:

• Ad-based monetization (must comply with all laws and platform policies).
• Donations (must be voluntary, with no tied benefits).
• Educational services.

Brand Integrity.
Do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or official affiliation with iGut Instinct™. You may not:

• Create materials resembling iGut Instinct™’s logos, trademarks, or product designs.
• Create materials resembling iGut Instinct™ licensor’s logos, trademarks, or product designs.
• Modify iGut Instinct™ Assets without written permission.

Digital-Only Distribution.
Physical merchandise (e.g., T-shirts) bearing iGut Instinct™ Assets or intellectual property is prohibited without a separate written agreement. Adaptations (e.g., novels, theatrical works) using iGut Instinct™ IP are also forbidden without explicit permission.

Prohibited Content.
Fan Content must not:

1. Disclose non-public information.
2. Involve blockchain (e.g., NFTs, cryptocurrencies).
3. Defame iGut Instinct™, its products, or personnel.
4. Facilitate unauthorized merchandise.
5. Promote cheats, hacks, bots, or unauthorized software affecting games published by The Game Licensor.
6. Depict drugs, alcohol, tobacco, gambling, weapons, or political ads.
7. Contain explicit, violent, discriminatory, or illegal material.

Disclaimer Requirement.
Include this notice (or a substantially similar version) prominently in your Fan Content:
"This material is unofficial and is not endorsed by iGut Instinct™. For more information, see iGut Instinct™’s Fan Content Policy: igutinstinct.com/en/fan-content-policy."

Domain Restrictions.
Do not register domains, social media handles, or addresses incorporating trademarks owned or managed by The Game Licensor or publishers (e.g., iGut Instinct™) without written consent.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I monetize Fan Content with ads?
Yes, but you are solely liable for ensuring ads comply with this Policy and the Terms of Service (e.g., no unauthorized merchandise promotions).

Does a disclaimer override Policy violations?
No. All Fan Content must comply fully with this Policy, regardless of disclaimers.

Can I share unreleased updates early?
No. Such content constitutes leaks and violates this Policy.
