This Privacy Policy applies to the iGut Instinct™ game, its stores, sites, support communications and related services, which we here collectively call the Service. We may periodically update this Privacy Policy by posting a new version on igutinstinct.com. Material changes will be communicated as required by law, including by posting a notice in the Service prior to the change becoming effective. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

This Privacy Policy applies for all your devices and remain in force across application reinstallations or updates without having to be re-accepted. For example, but not limited to, logging a device into iCloud (iOS, iPhone, iPad, etc.) or Google (Android devices) (but not limited to these) means that's "your" device - the app will download application state settings or save games which may include settings related to wether this Privacy Policy was already accepted or not.

Data Collection

Collected data categories vary based on Service usage and legal requirements.

Directly Provided Data

• Voluntary data you share with us.
• Information submitted via surveys, promotions, contests, or events.
• Payment details processed by third-party providers for The Game Licensor store purchases which doesn't include personally identifiable data.

Automatically Collected Data

• The games we publish don't automatically collect any data which would be transmitted directly to us.

Third-party partners and analytics providers supply data including:

• Analytics statistical data to enhance the Service.

International Data Transfers

The Game Licensor is based in Romania and we process and store customer support information on e-mail servers of service providers originally from the USA which are already compliant with regionalization of EU's SCCs.

We don't store any other information that's yours.

However, if we will store and process your information it could be anywhere in the world depending on the location of our users and service providers. We may store information on servers and equipment in other countries depending on a variety of factors, including the locations of our users and service providers.

By accessing or using the Service or otherwise providing information to us, you consent to the processing, transfer, and storage of information in and to Romania and other countries, where you may not have the same rights as you do under local law.

If we ever have to store your data (customer support interactions) we will only hold on to that data only as long as necessary for the intended purpose.

When contacting us keep in mind the games we publish, the in-game store and our website do not collect data that is identifiably yours to be transmitted directly to us or stored by us not even when you're making in-app purchases.

However, the Apple App Store and other stores in the future (for Android), do collect data that is identifiably yours including payment information.

We do not store or have access to your payment details.

Our websites, including igutinstinct.com, do not set cookies and do not use any other tracking technologies and we're not enabling third parties to do so either.

Data Protection

Data retention.

The Game Licensor doesn't need, want or retain your gameplay data or other data identifiable as yours specifically (with the exception of customer support interactions). The Game Licensor does not sell your data.

On iOS save games are backed-up remotely to your private Apple iCloud. The Game Licensor does not store or have access to your game saves.

Read your Android's device manual for how backups work and where they are stored.

The Terms of Service and Privacy Policy dialogs record the interaction in the app's private data folder on the device storage. Both Android and iOS either offer to, or implicitly, delete this data and game saves and other data when and if the app is deleted by the user (consult your device's operating system manual for up to date information). On Android the interaction log may contain some device identifiable information such as device IDs, public or local IP addresses, device generated timestamps or timestamps obtained over the internet from third parties.

Children

The iGut Instinct™ game is intended for users who are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. By installing or using iGut Instinct™, you represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements. If you do not meet these requirements, you are not permitted to download, access, or use iGut Instinct™.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18 or the age of majority. If we discover that we have unintentionally collected such information, we will take immediate steps to delete it.

Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided us with personal information without their consent are encouraged to contact us at billingmaster@icloud.com, so that we can take appropriate action.

The iGut Instinct™ game is rated 18+, overriding the content rating guidelines of the Apple App Store to a much higher age rating, and is not intended for use by anyone under that age.

Language; Prevailing Version

The original version of this Privacy Policy is written in English.

Any translation is provided for convenience only.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, in the event of any discrepancy, inconsistency, ambiguity, or conflict between the English-language version and any translated version, the English-language version shall prevail.
