If you couldn't find a solution on this website and you're still experiencing issues with the game then make a note of:

• the exact steps which trigger the crash or error (including the relative time when it happens).
• any crash or problem details such as exact error messages.
• your aproximate game progress.
• operating system version (Android or iOS and OS version from the Settings / About section on each).
• your device model.
• game version.
• any game settings you're aware of.

Remove any personally identifiable data from the report which you don't wish to share with us and then contact us.
