How to Reinstall the Game

Before going any further make sure you have exhausted all other possible remedies.

You should do a full device backup which includes app data, specifically, the game's data, just in case your game progress will be reset.

If you are experiencing constant game crashes or constant errors, then exclusively as a last resort, you can attempt to reinstall the game which will likely permanently reset all your game progress and in-game currency and in-game resources.

After uninstalling the game, reboot the device, then install a fresh copy from the Apple iOS App Store or from this website 1

iOS (iPhone / iPad)

It is never guaranteed, but normally the game silently attempts to back up a save game to your private iCloud account if all these conditions are met:

• the internet is working
• there is sufficient free storage in iCloud
• there are no iCloud restrictions
• you are signed into iCloud with no errors
• you make some progress after you open the game with all of the above conditions met a priori

If the above is true then it is possible, but not guaranteed, that you have an additional game progress backup which will be automatically restored after the game is reinstalled.

1. Open the Settings app.
2. Go to General → iPhone Storage.
3. Scroll down and tap on the game name.
4. Tap Delete App, then confirm.
5. Open the App Store.
6. Tap the Search tab and type the game name.
7. Tap the cloud icon or Get to reinstall the game.

Android

1. Open the Settings app.
2. Go to Apps → See all apps (if needed).
3. Find and tap the game name.
4. Tap Uninstall, then confirm.
5. Download the .apk from this website
6. Open the .apk file

If after a few days there are still no updates available and you're still experiencing issues then you should report the error to us.
